Contact

We read every message that lands in our inbox, and we genuinely want to hear from you. Whether you spotted an error, have a question about something we published, or want to suggest a topic, this page explains the best way to reach the Ambercred editorial team.

How to Reach Us

Send your message to [email protected]. Write a clear subject line so we can route your note to the right editor quickly. A few details about what prompted you to write also help us give you a useful reply.

What to Write About

Some messages fit our inbox better than others. Here are the kinds of notes we love to receive:

  • Corrections: Tell us if a fact, figure, or definition looks wrong, and point us to the article so we can check it.
  • Topic suggestions: Share a credit, budgeting, or banking question you wish someone would explain clearly.
  • Feedback: Let us know what helped you and what fell flat. We use this to sharpen future guides.
  • Partnership and press: Reach out if you work in media or want to discuss editorial collaboration.

What We Are Not

Ambercred is an independent education site, not a bank, lender, or financial provider. We cannot access your accounts, reset a password, dispute a charge, or check your balance.

If you need help with a specific card, loan, or deposit account, contact your provider directly using the details on their official website or your statement. We are not a customer service line for any company we write about, and we cannot give you personalized financial advice.

Response Times

A small editorial team handles every message, so response times vary. We aim to reply within a few business days, though busy periods can stretch that window. Reader corrections usually get our fastest attention because accuracy matters to us.

To protect your privacy, please leave out sensitive details such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords. We never need that information to answer a question, and you should never share it by email.

For privacy reasons, we keep our contact channel limited to email. We do not publish a phone number or mailing address. Email gives us a written record of your question and the time we need to research a thoughtful, accurate answer.
